Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Licensed Clinician in San Luis Obispo, CA to support our behavioral health programs.

The role involves coordinating aspects of programming, ensuring policy compliance, and guiding staff under the direction of the Clinical Director. Applicants must hold a valid CA license (LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist) and have at least 2 years in healthcare, including mental health, with DSM-5 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license as LCSW, MFT, Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one year in mental health.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and related regulations.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direction and coordination of assigned programming aspects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
• Provide therapeutic guidance and supervise program staff.
• Assist Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Title: Weekend Licensed Clinician

Job Duties:

The Weekend Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming. The Weekend Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Weekend Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: AM (Weekend Shift)

Qualifications:

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Additional trainings provided for Professional CEUs:

DBT, Motivational Interviewing, WRAP, etc.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$70 USD - $70 USD
