Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health in San Jose is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team, directing and coordinating program components while ensuring policy compliance and timely reporting. The Licensed Clinician helps supervise staff and supports the Clinical Director in implementing the core program.

The role offers on-call schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional CEU trainings such as DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and WRAP.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one in mental health.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and DMH Titles 9.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate assigned aspects of programming.
• Provide therapeutic guidance and supervise program staff.
• Assist Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Title: Licensed Clinician

Job Duties: The Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming. The LicensedClinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Additional trainings provided for Professional CEUs: DBT, Motivational Interviewing, WRAP, etc.

About the Campus:The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our San Jose campus is in close proximity to the mental health support services in Santa Clara County. The San Jose PHF provides a spacious environment, with two living rooms, a welcoming room, visiting space, serenity room, dining room and a beautiful courtyard. The program is dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment and recovery in each of our clients. The San Jose PHF is designed for clients who require stabilization at a time of acute psychiatric crisis. We provide medication management, WRAP, DBT support, welcoming rituals, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education and a thorough transition plan to enable a successful return to the community. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$65 - $73.16 USD
