Crestwood Behavioral Health in San Luis Obispo, CA, seeks a Clinical Director (LMFT/LCSW/Clinical Psychologist) to lead our rehabilitation program and ensure delivery of comprehensive mental health services during each client’s stay.

The role requires active California licensure and at least two years in a mental health setting, including a year in program development for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Full-time schedule with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Title: Clinical Director

Job Duties: The Clinical Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Clinical Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. They will ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan. The Clinical Director will provide in-service training as needed and supervise program staff.

Qualifications:

• Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
• Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$45 - $65 USD
