Job summary

Crestwood is seeking a Weekend Licensed Clinician to join our behavioral health team in San Luis Obispo. This part-time weekend role supports coordination of programming and client recovery.

You will adhere to policies, supervise staff under clinical direction, and assist the Clinical Director in implementing the core program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license (LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist).
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare, at least 1 year in mental health.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and DMH Titles 9.

• The Weekend Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
• The Weekend Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements.
• The Weekend Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
• In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Title: Weekend Licensed Clinician

Job Duties:

• The Weekend Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
• The Weekend Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• The Weekend Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
• In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Schedule:

Part-Time: AM (Weekend Shift)

Qualifications:

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Additional trainings provided for Professional CEUs: DBT, Motivational Interviewing, WRAP, etc.
