Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in information technology or related field.
• 2 years of experience as a help desk technician or similar support role preferred.
• Proficient in WindowsOS, MacOS, and iOS; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance for all IT-related issues.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Follow-up and update customer status and information.
• Provide technical support to all departments for computer, network, data, telecommunications, and print functions.
• Run software updates and backups as needed.
• Learn assigned applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for specialized hardware and software.
• Other duties as assigned
• Works on special projects as directed by supervisor.
