Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for a weekend shift in Eden Prairie, MN. The role supports office and field users via phone, email, remote desktop, and desk-side assistance across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS, plus basic networking and troubleshooting skills. Travel to all LSC locations may be required.
Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is a 100% employee-owned ESOP and one of the largest and most well-established engineering companies in the United States - we have a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist position available in Eden Prairie, MN for weekend shift. Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. This person will provide a range of duties focused on delivering technology to support operational needs and personal technology devices/equipment. The ideal candidate will provide support via phone, email, remote desktop control, and desk-side support for office and field users across multiple office/shop locations.

Physical Demands of Position Seeing, color perception, hearing, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, ability to travel distances, climbing, pushing and pulling, and ability to mount and dismount equipment.
Working Environment Standard office environment, On-site office environment, diverse industrial environments, frequent PC usage, fax machines, copy machines, phones, trailer environment.

Salary Range The expected pay range is $23 - $31/hour based on experience and qualifications plus a discretionary bonus and employee stock program.
