Job summary

Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County is seeking a Weekend In-Patient Unit Assistant Director to lead IPU operations during weekend coverage.

You will provide operational and clinical leadership, supervise in-patient unit staff, and coordinate staffing while promoting clear communication and continuity of patient care. If you understand the hospice philosophy and have strong interpersonal skills, you will help ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with hospital or hospice experience.
• BSN preferred; four years of direct patient care may substitute.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings is required.
