Job summary

Arkansas Hospice is seeking an Inpatient Services Assistant Manager (RN) to provide leadership in the inpatient unit and coordinate day‑to‑day hospice services under the IPU manager. The role includes on‑call rotation, clinical supervision, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care 24/7.

The position requires RN licensure in Arkansas, BSN preferred, and at least two years of nursing experience in related settings.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years’ nursing experience in a hospital, home health, hospice, or related setting in the last five years.
• Licensure: Licensed as an RN in Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical supervision of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Chaplains and Social Workers.
• Coordinate ongoing supervisory rounds and staff evaluations.
• Ensure timely initiation of care by the appropriate disciplines upon admission.
