Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Nursing.
• RN license required.
• CHPN preferred.
• Schedule: full-time, 36 hours/week, on-site night shift (7pm–7:30am).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the IPU.
• Coordinate patient and family services within interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and manage the Hospice plan of care for patients.
• Document assessments, interventions, and updates.
• Educate patients and family members about care and expectations.
• Communicate with onsite medical providers.
• Maintain an average of 6 patients per nurse.
• Support and train other staff and CNAs.
• Supervise CNA services for assigned patients.
