Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supervisory Inventory Control for the weekend shift (6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.). You will lead a team handling inventory accuracy, cycle counts, RF scanning, and ERP data, ensuring efficient, safe operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will drive staffing, scheduling, and performance through coaching, with payroll approval responsibilities and a focus on continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience with inventory systems and ERP workflows.
