Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Production Supervisor for the weekend night shift to lead one or more manufacturing areas, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. You will mentor staff, implement work instructions, and drive continuous improvement on the Friday-Sunday 5:00pm-5:00am schedule.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in production, with experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years’ experience in a production environment.
• Experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams to meet production schedules and safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Orient, train, motivate, counsel, and assist team members in work instructions and standards.
• Perform supervisory and HR functions: attendance, incidents, evaluations and counseling.
• Assist in production scheduling, quality, material flow, and equipment maintenance.
• Audit quality and safety reports; implement corrections to maintain standards.
• Assign work, requisition resources, and act as backup for team members.
