Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a DC Supervisor for the Weekend W Shift to lead distribution operations and staff development. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to policies while driving continuous improvement across the shift.

You will supervise recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and payroll approvals, partnering with the Manager to maintain optimal coverage and high team morale.

• Lead day-to-day operations and staffing for assigned distribution area.

• Oversee payroll approvals in Kronos and performance reviews.
• Promote safety, culture, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and mentor employees to grow future team leaders.
