Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supervisor Inventory Control for the weekend shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). You will lead a team, drive inventory accuracy, and manage cycle counts, SKU relocation, and ERP-based processes to support fast-paced warehouse operations.

You'll partner with management to staff appropriately, conduct start-up meetings, and coach associates for performance. Strong Excel and Kronos experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory or warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and cycle counts.
• Ability to work weekends and overnights as required.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanning, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inventory operations in the assigned area.
• Drive accuracy in inventory, picking, and cycle counts.
• Schedule staffing and back-up for the Manager.
• Communicate updates on safety, culture, production, and targets to the team.
• Participate in performance reviews and develop future team leaders.
