Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supervisor X Shift to lead a distribution team in our fast-growing facility. You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and drive safety and productivity in daily operations.

This role requires staffing coordination, back-up coverage for the Manager, and timely payroll approvals in Kronos. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and cultivate a high-performance, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role in distribution or warehousing.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance feedback abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for assigned facilities or programs.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and terminate staff as needed.
• Create shift schedules and ensure staffing levels.
• Back-up for the Manager and final payroll approvals in Kronos.
• Drive safety, culture, and compliance with policies.
