Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy (APTA) required.
• MI licensure as Physical Therapist required.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluation to determine rehab potential and create a plan.
• Administer PT treatments to maximize function per standards and SOP.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate plan to physician.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth and competency.
• Support efficient operation of rehab services.
• Communicate effectively with rehab team to ensure patient care.
