Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy to patients at our Lakeland Hospital St Joseph location. The role includes evaluating patients, designing rehab plans, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with the care team to restore maximal function.
You will document care, participate in ongoing improvement initiatives, and train other staff on rehab services. A MI PT license and driving license are required, with eligibility for benefits and a stable
Expected to work 4 9 hours days Monday-Friday plus 1 weekend a month working 8 hour days on the weekend scheduled.
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
