• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited therapy program.
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI Upon Hire.
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) Upon Hire.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Upon Hire.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC Upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluation of referred patients to determine rehab potential.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments to maximize functional level and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate treatment progress to physician.
• Commit to professional growth and participate in rehab service operations.
• Collaborate with rehab team to ensure quality patient care and safety.
