Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot production equipment and perform advanced repairs with minimal supervision. You will develop daily goals, ensure equipment runs efficiently, and contribute to a safety-focused culture. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for joining the team.

The role involves heavy hands-on maintenance, setup of new equipment, and collaboration with supervision to maintain high uptime across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in a related technical field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.

Responsabilités

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance using the EAM system.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment.
• Assist in machine repairs and train others on proper repair techniques.
• Set up new equipment and troubleshoot with specialty tools.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings for maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic machining, welding and fabrication techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide feedback on maintenance status and submit end-of-shift reports.
• Promote safety and integrity by following all safety protocols.
