Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Denver, CO. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with pay at $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commission, and average earnings of $20-$35/hour with commission.

You will engage customers in-store, educate them on HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, and book in-home consultations or service

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
