Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores across Kendall, FL and nearby areas. You will engage with shoppers, promote ARS HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Earn $16-$19 per hour plus uncapped commission, with earning potential $20-$30 per hour on average. We offer paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, and a path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service teams.
• Not door-to-door; not canvassing.
