Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement retail stores. You will educate shoppers on HVAC and plumbing services, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations while earning uncapped commissions.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with weekly direct deposit pay, paid training, and advancement opportunities into HVAC sales advisor paths.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to talk with shoppers (not required to have HVAC experience).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing ARS.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check per law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
