Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability

• Attend weekly in-office meetings
• Background check conducted as required by law

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Promote service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations with service technicians.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser work.
