American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside home improvement retail stores. Earn $20–$22 per hour base with uncapped commission, with overall earning potential of $20–$30 per hour on average.

Flexible part-time and full-time options exist, with training and weekly pay. Location is East Columbus, OH, and weekend availability is required. This role offers career growth into HVAC sales advisory positions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
