Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight shifts at our Madison property. Starting pay is $18.00-$20.00/hour, with higher wages possible for experienced candidates. Flexible availability is required on weekends and holidays, with overnight hours from 11:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m. You'll deliver high-quality service, perform nightly balancing tasks, and complete shift reports while maintaining accuracy in financial records and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food & beverage cash and credit operations.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints.
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments.
• Answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment; ensure guest and property safety by knowing safety procedures.
