Starting at $18.50/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage. Must be available to work 5 shifts a week, 11pm-7am, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food & beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property’s financial records.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Handle guest service requests and complaints promptly to meet and exceed expectations.
• Make reservations, check‑in and check‑out guests, and process payments.
• Answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, and operate office equipment.
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience.
