Hilton Garden Inn in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Night Auditor to join its team. This role includes performing daily audits, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing guest needs. Offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $18.50/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage. • Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience.

• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Starting at $18.50/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage. Must be available to work 5 shifts a week, 11pm-7am, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food & beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property’s financial records.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Handle guest service requests and complaints promptly to meet and exceed expectations.
• Make reservations, check‑in and check‑out guests, and process payments.
• Answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, and operate office equipment.
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience.
• Must be available to work 5 shifts per week, 11pm‑7am, including weekends.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Patience and ability to creatively problem solve.
