Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions, prepare reports, and support both guest services and hotel operations. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accuracy of the day’s financials.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or front desk experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial transactions and reports.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS or ability to learn quickly; Hilton Experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
