Job summary

Mall of America is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts at the Bloomington location. Maintain the cleanliness of mall common areas, restrooms, food courts, and amusement areas while delivering friendly guest service.

Youll respond to spills, restock supplies, operate cleaning equipment, and help ensure safety. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on exceptional cleanliness and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably commercial cleaning.
• Able to tolerate extended periods of walking and standing.
• Basic written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean mall common areas, restrooms, food courts, amusement areas and fixtures.
• Respond to radio calls for spills and safety incidents.
• Transport and organize cleaning supplies and carts.
• Patrol common areas during mall hours and remove litter or graffiti.
• Clean entrance vestibules, skyways and transit areas.
• Complete daily restroom checks and cleaning logs and report to supervisor.
