Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Maintains current unencumbered license to practice as RN.
• Hospice/homecare experience is preferred.

• Performs urgent physical and psychosocial assessments after hours and determines interventions.
• Documents patient care thoroughly and timely; records changes in pain and symptoms.
