Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate skilled nursing care in home health settings on the weekend Baylor unit, under physician supervision and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires current Georgia RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, and willingness to visit patients at home.

Responsibilities include supervising HHAs/LPNs, completing timely documentation (OASIS/ SOC/ admissions), and ensuring safety and patient

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Liability insurance to complete home visits.
• BSN preferred; home health experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent nursing care & interventions for home health patients.
• Supervises care by HHAs and LPNs on the care team.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to manage the plan of care.
• Completes documentation timely at the point of care (OASIS, SOC/Admissions).
• Maintains patient rights, privacy, and safety per plan and policy.
