PruittHealth Hospitals and Health Care is seeking a Baylor Registered Nurse RN for Home Health Services. This role provides skilled nursing care under physician supervision and coordinates care for home health patients.

You will supervise HHAs/LPNs, collaborate with the care team, and conduct field visits to start care and monitor outcomes. A current RN license and one year of experience are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent nursing care and interventions to home health patients according to state and industry standards.
• Supervises care by Home Health Aides and LPNs assigned to the team.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and manage the patient plan of care.
