Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nurse Program.
• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in Virginia or a compact state.
• Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Collaborates with the health care team, patient, and family to develop the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Administers and documents treatments and medications using EMR systems.
