The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

Qualifications

• Must have prior receptionist duties experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must provide excellent customer service while multitasking calls and visitors.
• Must type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors.
• Answer telephone with a clear, pleasant voice and route messages.
• Type correspondence including meeting minutes and center newsletter.
• Complete admission packages and process payments for accounts.
• Handle petty cash and meal tickets as assigned.
• Sort mail and manage petty cash disbursements.
• Dispense paychecks in sealed envelopes.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
