Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service while multi-tasking calls and visitors.
• Proficiency in Standard English and clear telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors.
• Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice; screen or transfer calls and deliver messages.
• Type correspondence as approved by Administrator, including minutes and center newsletter.
• Complete and assemble admission package.
• Receipt all monies for General Account and Patient Trust Fund; manage petty cash.
• Sell meal tickets to employees and visitors; maintain records of monies.
• Dispense paychecks in sealed envelopes; handle insurance claim forms and incident reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
