Job summary

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center – Knoxville, TN is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to greet visitors, staff, and residents in a compassionate, professional manner. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in a long-term care setting.

You'll handle greeting, phone calls, basic clerical tasks, and data entry, while supporting operations across departments and maintaining visitor logs in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry or office support experience.
• Healthcare or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written).
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned.
