Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Oakview is seeking a weekend receptionist to handle a range of clerical tasks, answer and direct calls, and manage mail distribution. The position offers weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 8-hour days) within a family-based health care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders, and mail distribution.
• Weekend receptionist duties: Saturday and Sunday, 8-hour days (16 hours).
