Responsibilities

• Follows front end security procedures.
• Counts and enters cash into register system; handles tenders and coupons.
• Verifies checks and processes as acceptable in register system.
• Handles EBT, WIC and food stamps; ensures coupons are credited correctly.
• Maintains a neat and organized till and assists with front end maintenance.
• Performs product scanning and processes customer orders accurately.
• Encourages Kennie’s Card sign-ups and verifies coupons before checkout.
• Scans items properly and communicates price discrepancies to management.
• Adheres to uniform and name badge policies; cooperates with team during promotions.
• Fulfills duties as directed by Frontend Manager and Store Manager.
