You will supervise 20-30 front end staff, maintain store standards, support daily promotions, and ensure safety and loss prevention guidelines are followed. This is a full-time position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Knowledge of register system, bagging procedures, cash office policies and scan procedures.
• Follow safety and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 20-30 employees in the Front End Department.
• Write weekly schedules for front end team members.
• Open registers and manage coverage for front end operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and train front end staff.
• Assist cashiers with change, WIC checks, price checks, and questions.
• Monitor front end cleanliness and safety standards.
• Complete weekly and monthly paperwork.
