The role involves general office support, clerical tasks, and greeting residents, visitors, and staff with a professional demeanor.

Starting wage ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have fast and accurate typing skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of typical office equipment and supplies.
• Comfortable meeting and assisting residents, staff, visitors and family members.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly front office area.
• Answer and route telephone calls to the proper department or take messages.
• Perform general typing duties as assigned.
• Inform social services or activity directors when flowers are delivered and handle distribution if needed.
• Assist with employment applications and coordinate interviews with the appropriate supervisor.
• Welcome and assist new residents and visitors; guide tours when needed.
• Support HR tasks and ensure visitors are screened on arrival.
• Provide a positive first impression and maintain a professional receptionist area.
