Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks a Front Office Manager to help oversee Guest Services, Night Audit, PBX and related teams. You will supervise, train staff on HotSos and OPERA PMS, manage guest profiles and pre-arrival details, and communicate across departments to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year in the field, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree preferred, plus 1+ year in the field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Service oriented with solid organization and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to guide, direct, and motivate subordinates.
• Self-motivated and able to think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services department and supervise front desk teams.
• Learn, manage and train staff on HotSos and OPERA systems.
• Manage guest profiles, pre-arrival details, and interdepartmental communications.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and policies; ensure service standards.
• Provide budgets/forecasts and assist upper management as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain positive guest relations.
