Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva,WI seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee Guest Services, including supervisory staff, PBX, and related roles. You will ensure top-tier guest service, coordinate with departments, and maintain profiles and pre-arrival details for a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate will bring hospitality experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to deliver an exceptional Midwest resort experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required; 1+ year preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards as directed.
• Manage and train associates on HotSos and OPERA PMS.
• Communicate guest details with all departments to ensure timely pre-arrival/arrival service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and policies.
• Provide budgeting/forecasting information when requested.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
