Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months experience in a guest service role.
• Able to work independently with good judgment and problem solving.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to input information accurately in a moderately complex computer system.
• Mental readiness for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to observe emergencies via hearing and vision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to checkout.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints using hotel systems.
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, resolving guest issues.
• Build strong guest relationships through personalized service and local knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and on the phone.
• Accurately manage financial transactions and cash handling responsibilities.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to overall hotel operations by performing various administrative duties.
