Job summary

Destination Geneva National in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a seasonal/part-time Call Center/Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage reservations at the resort’s dual locations.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, sales and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Google Sheets. Training on on-site software will be provided to support a warm, welcoming guest experience.

• Active listening to resolve guest requests or issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and make real-time reservations.
• Present options for stays, dining and tee times.
• Address guest requests and directions with enthusiasm.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Represent Destination GN venues professionally and accurately.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and room changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a great guest experience.
• Maintain clean front desk and public spaces.
