Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls within three rings and direct appropriately in a professional and courteous manner.
• Use paging system to assist staff and direct calls as needed.
• Greet visitors, ensure sign-in on the Visitor Sign-In Sheet.
• Coordinate visitors and administrative tasks with hospital units as required.
• Input daily charges and file patient charts in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Maintain filing in patient records and assist with chart organization.
