St Anthony Park Home is seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment.

Shifts may be various (AM and/or PM) and must be able to work weekends. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, provide general office support, and handle clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
• Dependable, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide general office support to the Business Office Manager and Administrator.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
