Bartley Healthcare is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Applicants must be available for the rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Assist visitors with directions and general questions.
• Monitor the front desk and entrance area.
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Follow facility policies and safety requirements.
• Perform additional front-desk duties as assigned.
