Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
• Assist visitors with general questions and directions
• Monitor the front desk and entrance area
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Communicate appropriately with nursing, administration, and other departments
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Perform additional front-desk duties as assigned
