Qualifications

• Child & Adult AED/CPR certified.
• Highly organized with detail orientation and proven follow-up skills.

• Provide customer service and ensure member satisfaction during weekend hours.
• Support and develop Service & Sales Representatives (SSR).
• Handle member feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Lead the Welcome Desk and manage administrative tasks.
