Responsibilities

• Develops cooperative rapport with facility personnel, greets residents, visitors, vendors and applicants professionally.
• Processes mail, answers phones, records messages and prepares reports and correspondence.
• Maintains resident databases and distributes admission packets to appropriate departments.
• Assists staff with duties and helps set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained and functioning.
• Manages telephone system, faxes, postage and mailings as needed.
• Orders and tracks office supplies and coordinates with vendors.
