Job summary

Spring Arbor of Cary is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to greet residents, families, visitors and vendors at the community’s front desk. The role is weekend-only, 11am–7pm, with compensation $15–$17 per hour and a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

You will answer calls, manage mail, coordinate with the office team, and help maintain a confidential, organized front office while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors in a welcoming manner.
• Answer telephone, take messages, direct visitors.
• Handle daily mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
