Job summary

Spring Arbor Salisbury Cottage is hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This full-time position runs 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with pay in the $16.32–$17.96 per hour range.

You will greet guests, answer phones, collect and distribute mail, and help maintain a warm, organized front office. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and vendors.
• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct visitors.
• Handle mail, courier services, and packages daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information.
• Assist with maintenance requests via the Work Order system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
